Constructed in 1869 by Robert Chambers and George Morris, the Hoylake course at Royal Liverpool is the second oldest seaside golf course in England. Royal Liverpool plays host to the 135th playing of the Open Championship bringing the number of Opens hosted to eleven.
Arguably the most famous and intimidating hole on the course, Hoylake’s opening hole will become the third hole for this year's Open Championship as a part of course layout alteration to maximize spectator viewing and create the best test for the field of competitors.
The Stonehouse Collection offers many of the world's top championship and destination courses. They present panoramic images that capture the essence and beauty of golf from the perspective of the golfer. These prized collectibles are perfect for your home or office walls, or as a gift. Each lithograph features special touches not usually associated with photography, and the results are superb.
